Returns, Exchanges and Postage

Hey cowgal!

We get it, sometimes items don’t fit how we envisioned them to! While we don’t offer change of mind refunds, we are happy to accept exchange of products should you have selected the wrong size or product is damaged.

Simply send back item within 7 days of receiving order in original packaging to the following address:

Our postage days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday, however please keep in mind we are a small business with a young family- we always endeavour to get your order processed as quickly as possible however sometimes things pop up! We hope y'all understand this!
